30-Day Return Window
You may return your PoC radio(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or modification may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.
All serial numbers must match our original shipment record.
How to Request a Return

Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been activated, modified, or heavily used.
Items returned without the original accessories (charger, antenna, battery, clips, manuals, etc.).
Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we are happy to provide an exchange at no extra cost.
